Company M-Com was founded in 1991. by Goran Majnaric, construction engineer with many years of business and engineering experience gained in USA, Ohio.
In 1992 the company has acquired the rights for:
- Authorized service integrated technological system Flygt's products.
- Detection and repair control, work organization and service of submersible Flygt, ELEKTROKOVINA, SPECK, ABS, VOGEL
- Installation, services and repair of automatic controllers IMP, Flygt and other impulse floats and WATERPILOT probes.

The company has developed cooperation with other highly specialized teams related to domestic and Western European markets; EMU UNTERWASSERPUMPEN, HAMBURG, DEUTSCHLAND AND BRANCH OF GRAZ, AUSTRIA GRAZ HELMUT UNGARO ELEKTROTECHNIK

In 1993 the company joined Eva Majnaric architectural engineer, with confirmed organizational and engineering capabilities in urban planning and construction of all types of buildings and utility infrastructure.

Today the company is composed of top experts that guarantee the quality and coordination of work, and are able to successfully implement any project with a number of machinery and engines that are available.
